I sent a request about my headphones EP-T21 left ear bud not working after 1 day. I sent the request yesterday with no response yet. Thats OK, but I have seen others with the same problem also with no answer, all of which were a long time before my topic. For a company that puts customer support first, it sure takes a long time to respond to the problems people are having. I have even sent an email to support with no response yet. At least a response that you are looking into the issue, or at least that things might take a little while because of the Coronavirus situation. With no info at all, doesn’t feel like very good customer service.
