I just opened a fresh new pair of your aukey t10 earbuds, and the sound quality of my left earbud, sounds as if there is something loose and just ends up sounding like a very old phone speaker. Is there a way for me to fix this or did I just get a defective model? The right earbud sounds great.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.
I imagine that if one earbud is working perfectly straight out of the box but the other doesn’t sound right, it could be a defect.
However, try to pair and unpair. Charge fully and ensure your bluetooth connected device is close by.
If none of that helps, then please do contact us at email@example.com
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. From the details that you’ve provided, I suggest that you shorten the distance between the headphones and the devices, and delete the pairing record on the devices, after that try to reset it. Then you’d better try another device.
By the way, if resetting doesn’t help, please run the power of your headphones, down and then recharge it and try again.
Please contact this email if it still doesn’t work: firstname.lastname@example.org
