T18NC not working

I can’t find device on my phone seems to be the left one is not working it doesn’t show light when it is in case like right one does. I just bought it how can I do ? Can I claim new one with warranty or what else ?

if they are brand new, try and let them charge for an hour or two and give it a go again :+1:
