Seems like the right earbud is stuck

I got the EP-N5 last December and now the right earbud suddenly stopped working. It still has the green led on, but doesn’t react to touch and none of my devices can recognize it when using it alone or combined. When I put it in the case the led doesn’t change color. I’ve tried unpairing and pairing again and still nothing. The next idea I have is to let it run out of battery and then recharging it to see if it works. Does it have like a hard reset button? Any help would be much appreciated.

I let it run out of battery and recharged. It worked. Weird bug.
