Reseller/supplier refuse to refund damaged earbuds

Dear Aukey

I recently bought AUKEY Key Series T10 TWS Earbuds
from Reseller/supplier

The earbuds arrived damaged / did not work from the first moment
After returning the earbuds to the supplier refuse to give a full refund claiming that he can no refund for damaged earbuds.

The earbuds arrived damaged (did not work from day 1)

Can you help ?
