Replacement of my damaged item

Hi,

I just bought my aukey x-t10 last january 2020 and now the right ear is acting up. I haven’t done anything, didnt make it wet even. Would like to ask for a replace of this item. I am very disappointed of the quality. I hope this can replaced because i really love the sound quality of the earbuds.
