Pa-d2 fails to charge iPhone 11 and iPad pro

I purchased this product through amazon in September, 2019. It has failed now at least 3 times. First in a single port, now both port. I believe it is failing because after an over night charge , the power levels of my iPad Pro (10.5”) and mt iPone 11 pro max did not fully charge! In fact when I started they were approximately 50% and were slightly more than that in the morning. Not sure what the warranty is but would like to know and what I need to do to file a claim. I can produce the receipt upon request.
