Help. I can’t get both earbuds to work. at the same time. I did all the troubleshooting from the instructions. They show on my iPhone as two devices. I’ve removed them and we detected but the same. One will pair and play music, then if i try to get the other to work as well, it will play in the other ear. Only one will be working after resetting and after charging.
