Online Portal for Support isn't working and no response to my email for support

Weird - the Online Portal for Support isn’t working and no response to my email for support?

I thought you guys were meant to be good for replying and providing support…

I’m getting crickets…

I was in constant contact with support for the past couple of days regarding an issue with my earbuds.

But since this morning, any email I send gets bounced back with a “domain is disabled” error.

A bit of clarification on the state of support would be great.

Looks like they’ve fixed the email address as I started getting emails again from them and was able to respond to them.
