I just bought a pair of EP-T25 and the volume is low even if the volume of my smartphone and pc are set to the max. Is there something I can do to fix this issue or should I just return it?
Did you hear back from support on this? I am having the same issue but with my EP-T27 earbuds. Volume has been degrading.
Thanks for joining the community. Could you please try to pick up a phone call and hang it up(ask your friends)? Cause sometimes the TWS headphone couldn’t switch to right sounding mode after you used it for a phone call.
