I received a set of the AUKEY True wireless ear buds for Christmas - they were bought on Amazon
I am having an issue where the earbuds and charging case are not charging properly. I need to keep fiddling about with them to to actual get them to charge and most of the time this doesn’t even work. Is there anyway I can get a replacement as the support ticket system doesn’t seem to work at all.
I have submitted two support tickets over the past month and a half and none of them have been responded to.
