Ep T-27 syncing issue

Good evening,
I bought my Bluetooth earphones less than a month ago. Since yesterday I am having an issue with my EP T-27 when I try syncing them with my phone. I can only connect them one by one, they won’t connect together. They have always appeared as two different devices but i had no issues until then, now I can only pair one at a time. I tried following the manual instructions to no avail, so my only option is asking for help from the support.


Same happens to me.

Bought the earphones On December 2020. Since a few days ago, only one of them can Connect to my devices , either laptop or iPad.
It seems I can only connect one at a time, they don’t sync each other.

Any idea ?

Thanks for joining the community. Have you tried to clear the pairing history by following the instruction on the user’s manual?
