I’ve owned the EP-N5’s for two weeks and the left ear bud has suddenly stopped working completely. There is no LED light on the left or sounds coming from it. The right earbud works just fine, the case seems to be okay as well. Please help.
Please try to clean the charging pin of the left earphone with alcohol and see if it improves after recharging.
The right ear bud is not working after 2 weeks and I have tried everything I have a warranty so can you just not change the earbuds
