Ear buds EP-T10 - Not working now

I’ve been using the ear buds since I purchased them in 01/2020. In the past weeks, the right ear bud has constantly has low static noise while using them. I’ve charged them, re-synced them with the phone (same phone I’ve been using since I’ve purchased the earbuds Samsung Galaxy S9) and it still has the low static noise. It is very disturbing while trying to use them.

Now this week, the right ear bud stop working, it doesn’t light up when taken out of the charger case. It only lights up when in the charging case if I hold down the symbol button.
