CB-C71 HDMI Problem

Hi, I just received the hub but connexion by HDMI cable to my monitor doesn’t work. The screen detects the connexion, powers on for a sec but then turns black and shuts down. I’m using a completely new Lenovo ThinkBook 15p IMH - Type 20V3.

Edit : installed last Lenovo’s Firmware but it did not solve the problem. When I plug the hdmi cable in the hub I got a windows message saying “USB peripheral not recognized : the last USB you plugged did not work and Windows does not recognize it” (translation from english by me).

I have read that the reason it doesn’t work might be because CB-C71 needs USB-C Thunderbolt 3 connexion type on the laptop. I just checked and mine is only 3.2. Gen 1. Not Thunderbolt. I assume it is the problem, can you confirm here are Aukey ? I will return the product then. I would have appreciated having this information before.
