Brand new Ep-T21s are suddenly unable to pair with my devices

Hi,

I recently bought some EP-T21s and they have been working fine for the last few days, and then suddenly today I cannot connect them to any of my devices.

They suddenly did not connect automatically to my phone and if I try to connect via bluetooth settings they beep twice and then it says connection unavailable on my phone. I am also no longer able to connect with my laptop.

I don’t know if this is related but when I take them out of the case no matter if I do so at the exact same time only one of the earphones flashes red and green (but if i take them out individually each will flash so it isn’t an issue with the light).

I have tried resetting them by holding down on the buds for 10 seconds but this did nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m feeling a little annoyed as I have had them for under a week.
