Aukey T10 not connecting

Hi I bought these in December via Amazon UK they have been working fine until now however this week they dropped connection and I can’t reset the right earbud - I get ‘power on’ from left but the right doesn’t do anything- I followed all the directions on the manual and online - Nothing works- what can I do ?

Are they both charged?
