AUKEY Model CB-C89 (USB C Hub) | VGA Port issues

Purchased this hub to connect to my MacBook Pro. The hub still works with exception of the VGA port. I currently have a Dell monitor. It had been functioning fine until yesterday. Now the monitor can’t be recognized by my MacBook. I have verified that the monitor and cable are good. Suggestions to fix? I purchased this hub to specifically connect to a VGA cable.

I have the same issue with my CB-C89. The VGA and HDMI ports do not work. It is not a problem of cable because if I connect directly the monitor works properly. Any idea how to fix it? The product is new!

Windows 10, updated to last release available.
