AUKEY - LM1 video camera GOTH mode

My 2 month old camera is now very dark and blue tinged. It also features strobing effect on my face.

I have updated device drivers, disconnected USB and changed USB port. I have uninstalled zoom and rebooted PC multiple times.

I’m getting ready to send it back but not sure if there are other steps or diagnostics I could try.
