AUKEY-EP-T25 left earbud stopped working after 2 weeks

I bought AUKEY-EP-T25 from Amazon, but the left earbud stopped working after 2 weeks.

Not a battery issue, I charged them long enough. Not a connection issue either, they paired well with my phone at the beginning. I can heard sound/music from the left earbud for about 1 minutes, then it dies. The right one always worked well.

Any idea what was going on? Anything I can do? Otherwise, had to return to Amazon.

I have the same problem with my right one!! I sent an email to the support to see if they can help by anymeans. Mine (the right one) is not producing music of any sort but still I can use the controls on it.
