I am pairing my EP-N7 with my Macbook – it works sometimes but there is occasional static and or audio drops that will continue for several seconds. is there a firmware update or anything you can recommend? it’s very frustrating
Thanks for joining the community. The situation you discribed sounds like the the connection between your device and earbuds got affected. Please try to keep the connecting devices close to your earbuds, and keep them away from the WiFi router or, high power supply devices.
is it possible to update firmware?
