i have been using my earbud for nearly 3 weeks and my right earbud suddenly stop working. there isnt any light when i put it to charge. is there anyway i can reset or is the right earbud faulty?
Thank you for your support to AUKEY. Have you tried to reset the earbuds by following the instruction on the users’ manual?
i tried reset already and is the same. my right earbud got no indicator light at all
