Hi I purchased these headphones on June 18th, 2020 and have been using them for several weeks with no issue. Yesterday when I took them off the charging cable (blue light, fully charged) they would not power up. I tried holding the power button for 5 seconds with no luck. Then tried holding the power button for 10+ seconds to see if I could get the headset to do a factory reset, no luck there either. Also tried unpairing the headset from my mobile phone, did not make a difference.
