10 port hub not recognizing devices

I’ve had a 10 port Aukey powered hub (AUKEY CB-H18-B-USA 10-Port Powered) for roughly 2 years, suddenly the 7 USB ports no longer recognize any devices plugged into them. Only the 3 usb charging ports seem to be working. Any ideas what could have happened? With the limited number of ports on my PC this hub was very necessary, and now is basically a 3 port charger only. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
